
Since we are such a small hotel, we don't always have a front desk receptionist onsite. There is a 24/7 virtual front desk available for guests to call with questions or issues.
Guests are contacted before arrival to provide details for check in. We may be here to greet you in person or you may be given instructions for our simple self check-in.
Guests can pay with a credit card, debit card, or cash.
Reservations must be cancelled at least a week before your date of arrival, or you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to a one night stay.
We have three pet friendly rooms: #7 Trans Siberian, #8 Reading Railroad, and #9 City of New Orleans. These are our pet friendly rooms because they are located on the first floor and have private entrances. Advance notice is required if you are bringing a pet or service animal. There is no pet fee, but usual damage rules apply if extra cleaning is required after your stay.
Gift certificates cost $175 and can be used for any room on any night. Taxes are included so there are no charges due at check in. They must be purchased in person or over the phone.
We love working with groups for wedding parties, family reunions, friends getaways, or any occasion! Special rates and discounts are available depending on the size of your group and the dates of your stay. Call or email for more information and to arrange your group reservation or room block.
